How do i delete and add numbers to the phone book option

To delete number, scroll to the number you want to delete, press the option button at the top left of your phone and scroll to delete. Press yes or select to the number.

There are several ways to enter a number into your Phone Book:

1. Call GreatCall Customer Service for assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 1-800-733-6632.
2. Create an account at mygreatcall.com and modify your Phone Book online.
3. Manually enter a number into your phone.

To manually enter a number, it depends somewhat on what model phone you have - either the Jitterbug Original/One Touch or the Jitterbug J. In all cases, you will need to open the phone and access the Phone Book menu option. With an Original or One Touch, this can be done by pressing NO until you see PHONE BOOK listed at the top of the screen. With a J, you will press YES once the option for PHONE BOOK is highlighted in the center of the screen.

Press the up arrow and you will see the option EDIT PHONE BOOK. Press YES to select. Press YES again to select Add. Now you will be prompted to type in the name of the contact using the Triple-Tap method. Each number corresponds to 3 letters. Tap the appropriate number in quick succession until you see the letter you want to enter. Use the "#" to enter a space.

Example: To enter the name "John," you would press 5-666-44-66.

Once you are satisfied with the name, press YES to select DONE. You will then be prompted to enter the number. It is recommended that you include 1, the area code, and then the 7-digit number even if it is a local number.

Example: 1-760-555-4321

Once done, press YES again. You will see the message Successfully Added and you are done!

First, access your Block List:

• 1 Press the "Menu" key or option from the home screen on the BlackBerry.
  
• 2 Scroll to and select your "Address Book" icon.
  
• 3 Click the "Menu" key when your Address Book list appears.
  
• 4 Select the "Manage Numbers" option.
  
• 5 Click on the "Block List" option.
  
• 6 Select "OK" or "Yes" to access the block list in your address book.
  

Then, remove the number:

• 1 Select the option for "Number" or "Unknown Numbers" from the block list.
  
• 2 Delete the number that you want to unblock or remove.
  
• 3 Press the "Menu" key when you are finished.
  
• 4 Scroll to and click the "Save" selection.

Im not to clear on what you mean by numbers board,so im taking a shot in the dark here.
#1 if you mean call history,you go to the menu ,select recent calls or call history,then go to the option for received calls,or dialed calls or all calls witch ever it is you wish to clear,then you'll see the option to delete calls.
#2 If you are talking about your contact list or phone book,You can delete numbers 1 at a time by clicking on your phone book going to the desired number ,then clicking delete,,or you can delete all contacts at once by doing the same thing only clicking delete multipul or delete all,if you use that option you have to knkow the phone security code.if you do not know it try the Motorola factory setting 000000.

Hello, I had the same problem, but i figured out how to get the callers id/information. On the main page select Call Center>>Call History>> SIM1(or whichever you are using)>> and select either the Missed/Dialed/Received calls. Lets choose Dialed Calls for now. Select a phone number that you recognize>>select OK>>Options>>Save to Phonebook. In here you will create a new contact. Make sure you delete this old contact information from your phone book. (so you don't have doubles if already saved to your contact list). Now you can go to your main menu again and select the phone book option. Select the contact you have created and add a photo and ring tone you like. Now when you get a call you get their photo and rign tone. For sms you get only their name, but thats good enough for me.

check your phone memory limit may be it is full.
if it is still empty u need to reset all settingms of your cell phone to factory defaults.
Go to setttings then reset your celll phone.
but i think your cellular limit is over for save new contact check it .

on the main page, touch the blue phone icon.to open the phone menu then, touch the phone book icon. it looks like a phone book in the top left hand corner of screen. you can add numbers here.

go to - menu-> settings-> application settings->  call->  all calls->  auto reject-> (scroll one down) reject list->
[on the reject list uncheck number you wish to remove from the reject list. ]
