It says turn the main power switch off and on again in addition it shows an error code E000000020 or E00000007

FIRST, if this code comes back. Have a technician look at it DO NOT CONTINUE TO RESET the code!!!! AS this is for the Hot Part called the FUSER. It can catch on fire! And that will ruin a perfectly good day!!!!
1. Turn OFF the main power switch. leave sub power switch on
2. Turn main power switch ON while pressing the Utility/Counter key.
3. Touch [Trouble Reset].
4. Check to make sure that [OK] is displayed and the it has been reset.
5. After turning off the main power switch, turn it on again more than 10 seconds after and check if the machine starts correctly.

If the code comes back do not reset, you are messing with the Fuser the Hot part. Continuing to reset without a technician looking at and or replacing it, the fuser can catch on fire and that would ruin a perfectly good day. ENSURE YOU WAIT THE 10 SECONDS

if the code does come back DO NOT RESET the machine again! It is indicating a problem the code you are resetting is the fuser and it can catch on fire! That will ruin a perfectly good day!!!
ENSURE YOU WAIT 10 SECONDS

If you have an error code E019 on the screen. Turn off the main power, wait 10 sec. and turn power back on. If you still have error code,
press "additional functions" key
press at the same time the "2" and "8" keys
press "additional functions" key
press "copier"
press "function"
press "clear"
press "ERR"
press "OK"
press "Reset" key 2 times
turn main power off for 10 sec.
turn main power on.

this is a fuser error. you may ned your fuser rebuilt.
Setting / Procedure
1. Turn OFF the Main Power Switch.
2. Turn Main Power Switch ON again while hoding down the Utility/Counter key more than 10 seconds after.
3. Touch [Trouble Reset].
4. Check to make sure that [OK] is displayed below and then it has been reset.
If ok is not there , it will show a different code....
IF it says OK, you should be good to go.
5. Just Turn off the Main Power Switch and turn it on again more than 10 seconds after, and make sure that the machine properly starts.

e001 is a fuser error. it might be able to be reset, but should be looked by a tech.

SERVICE MODE
*28*-press the additional func button, 2&8 at the same time, and the additional func button again.
when you have done it correctly, the screen will change and it will say service mode across the top.
Then select:
copier
func
clear
err
press the done or ok button on the lower right side of the screen.
turn the machine off at the black switch on the right side, wait 10secs, turn back on. should work.
****DONT MESS WITH ANYTHING ELSE IN SERVICE MODE YOU CAN REALLY SCREW UP THE MACHINE.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!******************

Okay, to be of real help you have to reset the error in service mode as the officetech1 said. To do this you need to press the head key (the head with the star inside) then 2+8 together and then the head key again. This will get you into service mode. Then select 'COPIER' then 'FUNCTION' then 'CLEAR' then select 'ERROR' or 'ERR' press 'OK' then switch the machine off and on again. This may get it working for a while or a long time. But if not, you will need a fixing film unit to remedy the problem.

The Service Call indicator looking like a spanner or wrench: shows that an error requiring inspection by service representative has occurred in the device.
If the problem is a sensor malfunction, you may be able to solve it and turn the indicator off using one of the following methods.

• Turn the main power of the device off and on again.
  
• If some parts or supplies were replaced recently, try removing them, replacing them again, and then turning the main power of the device on off and on. (If the device is interpreting imperfect parts detection as an error.)
  
• The device might be interpreting extreme changes in temperature as an error. Turn off the main power switch, wait for a few minutes to cool it off, and then turn it on.
  Note:
  • If a fax is being sent or received, or printer data is being received, turning the main power of the device off may result in data loss. Ensure that the device is not being used for faxing or printing before you try turning the main power of the device off.
    

Note that "main power" means the actual, physical power switch.

Did you press additional funcation? You have to in order to get in to service mode. Then go to copier, then funcation, then CLR/ Clear, then ERR, the hit the OK on the display, then turn the main power switch OFF then back ON. It should reset the code, if not you have a problem with the fixing unit.
