Jolynn remove battery for 10 minutes and reinsert battery, charge it and see if it works. if it does not work something inside camera is probably damaged from being dropped. You may have to take it in to a camera shop to be fixed, if deemed cost effective.

Sounds like you need to perform what is called a 'hard reset'. Apparently there is a pin hole on the side of the zee. Push a pin in that hole briefly and the device should reset. In done circumstances you may have to hold it in for 4 seconds.

Once the device does hard reset it will take some time to come back on so be patient.

Try downloading games and apps from Play Store and not from Google Play. Me myself, I like Play Store, because you can see it download and when it is ready it gives option to Open or Uninstall.
