Hi my printer is a mfc 240c and i changed all the ink cartidges but everytime i try to print or copy anything it stays printing blank pages so what can i do to fix it

You'll have to run the cleaning mode a few times,
to do so you'll have to get into Maintenance Mode.

To do this:
Press MENU then * then 2 then 8 then 6 then 4
This takes some practice and you have to press them all within a few seconds.
If the machine doesn't say MAINTENANCE when you do it press STOP/EXIT and try again.

When in Maintenance Mode:
Press 7 then 6, then press 3, then press BLACK START
It will say Cleaning - this will take some time when it's done it will go back to MAINTENANCE

After it's completed try 0 then 9, this will print out a small Print Quality test page
it should have several rows of each color (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black)
if they still don't look right then run the cleaning mode again and then print another quality page.

Continue to do this until the quality is back to normal,
when you're done to exit maintenance mode press 9 then 9 to return to normal operation.

note: this cleaning mode uses up a fair amount of ink, use sparingly

note: maintenance mode is for brother technicians and has some codes that can damage your machine, only use the codes I've explained in this solution

If this doesn't resolve your issue you may need a replacement print head,
this is an expensive fix if the machine is no longer under warranty.
If it is under warranty contact Brother and they will arrange a meeting with a local technician to repair it for you.

I bought a 3270C Singer sewing machine but it did not have the manual. I would like to know where I can find it. At this moment, I cannot use it becuase I'm having problems with the tension of the thread...

I looked at www.singerco.com and they want $15 for a hard copy(they say use the 3343 manual, must be the same thing) but you can go to www.sewingmanuals.com and download one right away for $10 and always have a copy on your computer, plus print it out yourself. Remember they say Singer 3343, and that site use paypal, so it is safe. Good luck, you really do need the manual for maintenance and all.

Print Head Cleaning / Head Refreshing
If the printed nozzle check pattern is broken, missing, or a specific color is not printed, clean the print head.
MEMO:
a. Cleaning the print head consumes a small amount of ink. Cleaning too often reduces the amount of ink in the ink tanks.
b. Print head cleaning is performed when you connect the power cord. Your machine may perform print head cleaning periodically to avoid clogging.
  1. In either COPY, PHOTO, or FILM menu screen, press <Menu> button.
  2. Press the left or right arrow to select [Maintenance/Settings], then press <OK>.
  3. Use left or right arrow to select [Maintenance] and press <OK>.
  4. Use up or down arrow to select [Print Head Cleaning] or [Head Deep Cleaning] as necessary and then press <OK>.
When prompted to clean the print head, use the up arrow to select [Yes and then press <OK>.

IMPORTANT:
If normal print head cleaning does not improve print quality, perform deep print head cleaning.
Print Head Alignment in Windows
If colors mix or streaks appear in the nozzle check pattern, perform the print head alignment.
The print head alignment can be performed either automatically or manually.
If the automatic print head alignment does not resolve the problem, perform the print head alignment manually.
