Hello, Welcome to FixYa. Based on the symptom you've described ( wont spin proper on any cycle ) the first thing I would do is to remove the lower panel and check the pump filter for blockages/debris. Believe or not, that is enough to prevent those GE washers ( as is the case with any washer ) from spinning and is a very common problem. **UNPLUG THE WASHER BEFORE SERVICING...Safety first** If you've never done it before you need only remove the screws at the very bottom and the access panel will pull away exposing the pump with a filter which screws out. Once to that point, unscrew it slowly as to let any water out gradually ( a wet-dry shop vacuum is handy here to **** up the water...or plenty of towels ) and then check inside the pump thoroughly as well for and debris which can cause slow draining thus preventing a good quality hi-speed spin/water extraction. If any of this is not clear I could send you a service manual via a pdf attachment through email, but obviously you'd have to post an email address first. Let me know how you make out and we'll go from there. Good luck. Regards, Macmarkus :)
