Probably the button underneath is stuck. This is a membrane button that can get damaged and doesn't make good contact anymore.

Ok this fault is telling me you have a faulty RPS(Rotor Positioning Sensor) in this machine. The RPS sensor is located in the motor Stator. To replace you need to remove the motor rotor then the motor Stator. you want to be careful with this part when fitting it as they can break.
