If you are being blocked then it is likely that you are not entering the login details that Facebook is expecting, whether they have been satisfactory in the past or not.You could try this, go to the login page here:,

just under where you input your password you can click on "forgotten password". This takes you to a page where it says "find my account" where you can enter "Email, Phone, Username or Full Name". Try entering one of these (My email gave the best result for me) and follow through the instructions to reset your password so that you can access your account.

then depending upon what you have lost, ie you can't log in, your facebook page has been locked and you can't change it, or it no longer appears to exist. There are methods you can try depending upon the exact circumstances.

Advise your friend to get registered with facebook. Once they logged in with their personal details, they can easily go to your Facebook page.

try safe mode by pressing F8
or reinstall windows xp

probably not, but you can try contacting facebook support.
Also change you password to something more secure to help prevent being hacked in the future.

It means you are loged on as a limited user try and log on as an adminstrator: go to control panel - user account you will find the details there. once you are logged on as an adminstartor, you will be able to download it but it is obvious it has been preinstalled in the adminstrator;s account. good luck
