Not familiar with that tablet but most charging problems are either the cord or battery needs replacing. If light does not come on when on charge then you need a new cord. If light comes on and it won't hold the charge then it's time to replace your battery.

My zeki stuck on the zeki logo

You need to do a factory reset!

Make sure your tablet has a full charge
Press and hold the Volume - button and tap the Reset button
(The reset button is located between the HDMI and USB ports)
Continue holding the Volume - button until the boot screen appears
Release the Volume - button
Use the volume controls to navigate to "Wipe data/Factory reset"
Press the power button to select
Navigate to "Delete all user data"
Press the power button to select

Your tablet will take several minutes to reboot to a factory default setting.

You will need to reset your tablet Zeki Tablet. To do it, make sure your tablet is fully charged then press and hold the volume button. Tap reset and continue holding the volume. Go to http://www.zekitablet.com/zeki-support.html for details.

Can you download apple apps on a zeki tablet?

no, absolutely not (only with an emulator, see 2nd link)
as Zeki-tablets use Android OS
- however many apps exist in iOS, Android or other versions
you need to check that with the built in Amazon App store
