Craig Electronics has uploaded a new firmware update to their website that will correct this issue along with other small bugs that the 4.1 firmware had. The 4.2 update makes the device run a lot smoother and provides a better Android experience.

The only way to fix this is by restoring the firmware. There are two different firmware loads for that tablet, depending on the manufacture date. You can download the firmware for the older CM741E from the web site, but the newer firmware you can to get provided by Craig.
You will either need to make a bootable MicroSD card using Phoenixcard, or use a special software called LiveSuit to push the firmware into the tablet.
It depends on the exact model number, but the 741 series tablet need to reload the firmware in order to be reset. Instructions are on the Craig Website.
