How do I reset error message elect

Providing a make and model would probably help you get more answers.
If you are referring to a SES2000 or LS3, ELECt means power has been removed during a cycle and to clear the error, turn the power off, hold one of the 4 buttons on the front as you power the autoclave back on.
You will have to re-process the load as it has not performed a full cycle.

Error 3

Error 3 is a Door lock error and has nothing to do with the water sensor. Tighten the door down snuggly, but don't over-tighten. If it still doesn't work it may need a door rebuild or switch replacement. Call for service if it doesn't restart.

Enigma 8 autoclave error code E13

The E13 error code on an Enigma 8 autoclave typically indicates a problem with the vacuum system. This error code is indicating that the vacuum is not reaching the proper level during the sterilization cycle.
Here are a few things you can check to fix the E13 error code:
  1. Check the vacuum pump: Make sure that the vacuum pump is functioning properly and that it is not blocked or clogged.
  2. Check the air filter: Make sure that the air filter is clean and not clogged. A clogged air filter can prevent the vacuum pump from functioning properly.
  3. Check the vacuum hose: Make sure that the vacuum hose is not damaged or disconnected.
  4. Check the door gasket: Make sure that the door gasket is not damaged or leaking. A damaged or leaking door gasket can prevent the vacuum from reaching the proper level.
  5. Check the control board: Make sure that the control board is not damaged or malfunctioning.
  6. Check the water level: Make sure that the water level is at the correct level in the autoclave chamber.
