My picture looks like cartoon characters from new commercials

Have you unplugged your tv for 1 hour and restart it mostly problem will be solved or gently tap on the sides of the tv to get out of the zoom like mode .
How old is your tv ?
Did you replace any component in your tv recently ?

Could be as simple as a software upgrade if the picture looks okay after it come on... What software version are you currently running?
SOFTWARE VERSION CHECK Step (1) Turn the TV ON. Step (2) Using the TV Remote, Select Antenna C. Step (3) Press the MENU button on the Remote. Step (4) Menu will appear

Step (6) Press SELECT on the Remote Control. Setup Menu will appear
