LE means ( Motor error ) Condition : The motor is working abnormally. Possible cause : Wiring connections. The impeller of washing pump is locked. The rotor of washing motor is locked. The blade is locked.

Otherwise you may have a loose wiring connector

The LG error code OE simply means "the pump is blocked". Presumably the water isn't being emptied properly. As with all error codes it is possible that there is a cause other than the exact description in the error code explanation but basically this error means as far as the washing machine is concerned it thinks the water isn't pumping out. A pump, or filter blockage is the most common cause but it could be caused by other faults such as a faulty pump, or even a blockage in the drain hose or somewhere else in the system etc.
LG themselves have some information on this error code..

Hi Rylee
Thanks for using FixYa. Error FE in your Dishwasher indicates excessive
water is supplied than the normal water level. If the dishwasher is overfilling it's caused
because of water-inlet valve going bad. This valve is usually at the bottom
left or right of the dishwasher, behind the lower access panel. It's the device
with the main water line from the house, a rubber tube to the dishwasher, and
two wires attached to it. If the water-inlet valve is defective, you need to
completely replace it. Please accept the solution if the issue is
resolved or post a comment for further assistance.
Thanks
