Washer has no power after a power outage. Main breaker has been reset and we have unplugged the unit from the wall. Door is still locked and no lights come on at all.
There could be a fuse in the control board that you can look at
other than that get in a technician as the unit could be damaged from the power surge
Hello Frank Webb - Does the cord or plug look damaged? If it does not, try resetting the unit by unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker off. Wait approximately ten minutes. If it proves to be ineffective, I suggest contacting a professional to move forward accurately. The unit may possibly be experiencing an issue with the control board, faulty door lock assembly, faulty pump, or the timer itself is not operating correctly.
