The tablet is dead and I cannot get it to come on nor charge because the end of the charger is bent. I am trying to order a new one but I cannot see the serial number on it.

SOURCE: my nabi can only go on with it being charger thru computer and not using its own charger.
The wall charger is faulty! Do you see any indication on the Nabi that it is charging when the wall charger is plugged in?
How do I switch from Kidz Mode to Mommy Mode, and vice versa?
To switch to Mommy Mode, simply tap the Menu Key, select Mommy Mode, and enter the password to exit Kidz Mode. To switch back to Kidz Mode, simply tap the Applications View, and then tap the Kidz Mode Icon.
