Whenever i try to watch and listen to netflix i am unable to hear any audio
It sounds like the problem is either with your headphones, or the device on which you are trying to watch netflix. I would advise you to check that your headphones are infact working correctly by using them on another device and making sure you are hearing sound. If they appear to be working, you will want to check that your soundcard is correctly configured and updated.

I am assuming you are residing in the US. Providing that and that you have an internet connection, you're pretty much set up. Make sure your browser is up to date and will work with Microsoft Silverlight (most modern web browsers do). Sign up for the service or start your free trial. What else do you need to go with netflix? Popcorn maybe?

Uninstall the browser and the Silverllight plugin, then reinstall the browser first, then install the plugin. I should work just fine. I had the same problem that only ended after I uninstalled both of them and reinstalled in that order.

Click the "Browse" link, and you will see a Recently Watched section. Click on the words "Recently Watched," and it will take you to a list of your activity.
You can also click on the little down arrow next to your profile icon in the upper right-hand corner. From the menu that drops down, click on "Your Account." In the "Your Profile" activity, click on "Viewing activity."
Either way, you'll see a chronological list of everything you've viewed, starting with the most recent.
