My rca windows 10.1 is not working its stuck at a black screen and i tried charging and reseting it but it still wont work please help

Try charging it for 7-10 hours. If it still doesn't work., take it back to Walmart for an exchange.

Press and hold the power button for at least 10 seconds, then release. If that doesn't work, there is a reset hole at the back of the tablet which you should insert a paper clip into.

Sounds like you have a good charger/cable, so try resetting the Nabi that's giving you trouble. Hold the power switch down for 10-20 seconds to reset the unit.
I have a couple of NABI-2 tablets and they both react differently to the charging cables; I often have to shut the NABI off completely to charge them. Also, getting the charging cable to connect can be challenging - I will plug the cable in and out several times waiting 10 seconds or so to see if the green LED will go red.

I would recommend calling RCA support at (800) 252- 6123 so they can suggest some troubleshooting steps you can take. If it is still under warranty and you're unable to get it working then you can send it back and get a replacement

First make sure your charger is working properly. Check it with a volt meter or use a friends charger that you know is working. Charge your Coby Kyros for 4 hours. Use a small needle and gently insert in into the "reset" hole on the back cover on the left side. Hold it down for 5 seconds then release. Try restarting your tablet. If these don't work, you will have to get professional help to check it out.

These get stuck- try holding the power button and the volume up for about 10-15 seconds and it should reset itself.

Try reseting the iPad by holding the home and power buttons simultaneously until the iPad completely shuts down and the Apple logo appears.


Once the Apple logo appears you can release the buttons. If this does not work, you may need to connect your iPad to your computer and do a factory restore using iTunes.
