Make sure that the transformer is supplying the 26 volts ac required by the pump relay and zone solenoids. If the voltage is there and unit still will not operate then the electronics are to blame.

I don't feel you can repair system by yourself. Excuse me if you can; so do it. You should take it to an authorized Rain Bird repair service. Look for it on some listing they might have given you when you bought your stuff or contact them from here:
They shouldn't be working all at once. Check the wiring. Each zone should be on it's own terminal in the controller. Also check the boxes outside to see the wiring wasn't done incorrectly.
Hi...maybe you could just download it off the internet and then print a copy out for yourself...that's what I had to do for a washer that I had...good luck!!
