In my experience, Lg PC Suite is pretty useless. Get yourself instead an LG data cable and memory card, and simply drag and drop your files betweeen the memory card and your pc.

For this you can go to any cafe and download there and put it into your pendrive,cd,dvd or any other storage device.....then install it to your pc....use the below link to download the LG PC suite.......
