I need to check on an order I placed about 2 weeks ago.I don't have a tracking number

We didn’t ship it so how could we possibly know?

1. Review the company information and look for the tracking number.

2. If #1 doesn't work, contact the company.

call your supplier direct on the phone and ask them
there should be a tracking number that you can use to follow the deliver progress

fixya doesnt track packages or have access to other companies billing ,shipping or customer service --need to direct your request to the proper party

I had similar situation. 2-5 day delivery was advertised. It is due to arrive today, 3 weeks later. My credit card was not billed till the item was shipped and I got an e-mail with a tracking number. I suspect that some sellers take orders and then buy in quantity from a wholesaler. If you have been billed already, contact the seller or the merchandising site - like Amazon.

according to their site you should have received an email to confirm your order.

If you know what shipping company assigned the tracking number then go to their website. If you don't know the shipping company, contact the vendor with whom you placed the order.

Please check to the store where she ordered and get the delivery receipt number because that will be your reference. If they use a courier ask them what courier and when they deliver. After knowing the courier call the courier if they receive such information about the delivery.
