while the owner manual does not specify the length etc of bolts it does show there are 4 of them---look like find thread machine bolt---may be able to buy a few at the hardware sore or Home Depot---if the threads are inside the base take it with you as a guide.

Put some ice on the bag put it in the stand for a few hours,take the hair dryer max setting put some heat on the plastic,might loosen the moistster,and heat compound in there.Will able to lift.
