"Jimmy meets with the Kettlemans at a diner called Loyolas as a means of diverting them from discovering he operates out of a crummy office in the wash room of a nail salon. It's easy enough to forget this is the same diner where Mike and Jesse share an uncomfortably silent meal in Cornered, Season 4, Episode 6 of Breaking Bad. Further, Mike and Lydia meet there in "Madrigal" (Season 5, Episode 2), when she presents him with the infamous 11 names."

Dean Cain played Kara's Earth-father? If so, that's a neat easter egg.

Yes, thats confirmed already he appered as Jeremiah Danvers on the First Supergirl Episode "Pilot" and in Flashbacks from Episode 6 Red Faced, as Jeremiah Danvers was recruted for the DEO by Hank Henshaw, also in this Episode it was discovered that Hank Henshaw was the last to see Jeremiah Danvers alive, means he is dead already and the Martian Manhunter promised the dying Jeremiah Danvers to look over his two Girls Alex and Kara, thats why the Manhunter poses as Hank Henshaw.

What does Chuck suffer from?

It is always hard to diagnose someone simply from behaviors but Chuck most likely suffers from a form of OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder). In Chuck's case the obsession is that electromagnetic fields are making him sick and hurting him. This leads to compulsions and compulsive behavior: avoiding anything electromagnetic, asking other people to "ground themselves" before coming in, etc. He has some characteristics of agoraphobia but these are more side effects of the main compulsion. Like a more traditional "germaphobe" Chuck has some scientific theories to support his obsession and compulsion. Chuck believes he suffers from electromagnetic hypersensitivity. However, since electromagnetic hypersensitivity doesn't appear to really exist, and would probably be a life-long condition, it is unlikely that he actually has it. There are some rare individuals who have sensitive personal electromagnetic fields and can physically feel it when lightning strikes miles away from them (but close enough) or even when the sun lets off an extremely powerful solar flare. But these people are like this their entire lives and don't spontaneously develop them late in life. And while they report that it can make them feel very uncomfortable during a thunderstorm it doesn't make them sick. Spoilers below: In the later half of season 1 Chuck voluntarily begins doing what is called "exposure therapy" where a person with OCD exposes themselves to whatever it is they fear and try to get their brain used to the idea that it is harmless. Much like a person who is afraid of snakes might be able to overcome the fear by looking at pictures of them, being around them, and eventually even holding or touching one. A germaphobe might try to resist the urge to wash their hands after touching something that is scientifically clean but not "clean" in their mind. Chuck does it by going outside for longer periods of time and getting closer to strong sources of electromagnetism. And while in the hospital it is demonstrated that Chuck's fears are in his mind and that he's not actually physically harmed by electronics.

Why did Walter let Todd die?

Walt didn't care about Todd. He simply took him under his wing after Jesse quit. Walt only ever cared about Jesse and his family. Walt actually went to the compound with the intention of killing Jesse along with the Nazis. After seeing how Todd and the rest of the Neo-Nazis had treated Jesse, and feeling partly responsible for Jesse's capture; decided to save him instead. Given Todd's previously killing an innocent young boy, Andrea, torturing Jesse and forcing him into slave labour is what sealed Todd's fate. So Walt felt Jesse deserved to be the one to kill Todd.

Is it true that there are different versions of the pilot?

The pilot is about 10 minutes longer than all other episodes, at least in the original version. However, it was shortened for the international broadcasts to have the same length as the other episodes, as was the case with The Walking Dead, for example. These cuts concerned the plot of the episode. Additionally, there is also a lot of alternative or completely new footage.

Why did Gus kill Victor?

There are two likely reasons:First, Victor was seen by witnesses at Gale Boetticher's crime scene. Gus being an extremely cautious man, thought it best to dispose of Victor to avoid him getting picked up by the police. A second reason which ties into the first; Gus killed Victor in front of Walt and Jesse to show that he was willing to kill a loyal member of his organization for a minor screw-up, what chance do Walt and Jesse have after their betrayal? Alternatively, In season 5, Walt theorizes that Gus killed Victor because he "Flew too close to the sun and got his throat slit.". Meaning that Victor started learning the process or cooking meth on his own by watching Walt and Jesse and in a sense, stealing the secret recipe. However, this was more Walt's wishful thinking as he was angry with Mike's attitude towards him. Lastly, it's possible that Gus suspected that Victor had been stealing the meth Jesse had been skimming from their shipments and giving to Badger and Skinny Pete.
