Try an Android Hard Reset, but this unit appears to be an Amazon / eBay special from China, so the usual answer is to just buy another. Power down. Press and hold volume up and Power button. It is worth a try. Or phone them up in China.
The process for recalibrating a scale can vary depending on the specific model. However, a common method for resetting a digital scale is to first turn it off, then press and hold the "tare" or "calibration" button (if available) while turning it back on. Keep holding the button until the display shows "0" or "CAL" and then release the button.
If this does not work, consult the user manual for your scale or contact the manufacturer for specific instructions.
Try recalibrating it by turning it on while holding the "tare" or "mode" button. It should show a raw data from the sensor then. Press the tare button again and it should calibrate the empty weight. Then it will show a specific weight you should put on, usually 100g. It should automatically finish calibration now. Hope this helps. The words before calibration on my scale was OUt2
Turn off the scale. Press and hold the MODE button and turn the scale
on. Release the MODE button you will see the scale's internal count. Press
and hold the TARE button then press (don't hold) the MODE button you
will see the full capacity is changing. Keep pressing the MODE while
holding the TARE button until you see 100.00 on the screen. The reset
is completed. You may need to recalibrate the scale after the reset.
The MPVR uses a rechargeable Li-Ion battery. It sounds lilke you've got a different model. It's hard to make any suggestions without knowing which camera you've got.
