The error says that "The transfer rollers in the ETB are not
engaged."

If replacing the ETB(electronic transfer belt) doesn't fix the problem, your printer is going to need a technician. Problem could be poor seating of the cables on the ETB motor or the 'transfer-roller separation solenoid or the DC Controller.
It could be a bad ETB motor or solenoid or DC Controller or high voltage power supply.
This isn't something that is going to be fixed by email.

I hope you have a service contract for your printer.

have you looked at the hp website they have updated there software to a black logo instead of a blue one which has solved some problems. Hp.com/support type in your product and then download full software.
