Bought at Bunnings Browns plains. My battery charger just does not work anymore! I have the two batteries and charger that were purchased as a package with my drill. I bought many other pieces to add to my Ryobi family. Now I am angry because I can't use anything because my charger wont work. It does not light up. It is less than two years old. What do I do? I purchased on credit card but despite my search I cannot find the receipt.
Receipt will do nothing for you if it is out of warranty. Normal warranty is for three years.
Write to the company regarding your situation - see if your unit has a serial number that can give indication of age of unit. Perhaps they will replace the charger for you.
Make sure that the charger cord/connections are good and that unit is receiving power from wall.

Get on the web site and contact their customer service branch for any and all assistance. They should be able to help you.
And if you used your credit card you can always check your billing statements for the item. If it cannot be found, you can open on line account with your credit card and then gain access to, hopefully, your older statements to search. U should be able to go back two years.

You can probably find one on E-Bay. Type in the model number of the charger. or just search Google - same process. You will be surprised.
