I have a simpson washing machine that doesnt drain after wash what could be wrong

if it goes to the end of the wash and then nothing,check for a block or faulty drain pump

The E20 code means fault in the draining. Could be a simple blockage - please check the filter and the hose. Also this can be due a faulty pump - if so, needs to be replaced.

Pump error. It means drain pump is either blocked or faulty. Water is not draining out or very slowly. Water has to all drain away before the machine will spin. Get the water out by lowering the drain hose down into a bucket. When machine is empty then remove and check the drain pump.

EFO = Filter Blocked (low flow) and it is accessible from the bottom front of themachine. 1. there is a blockage in the filter or drain hose.takes too long to drain out.

SOUNDS LIKE A PLUMBING PROBLEM WITH DRAIN PIPE .YOU COULD FIT NONRETURN VALVE TO DRAIN FROM WASHER BUT THAT WOULD NOT STOP SINK FROM OVER FLOWING

apart from having a faulty water pump check to see if you have a blockage maybe filter is blocked or something caught in drain hose alternatively you might have a control or wiring problem let me know how you went

It sounds like the drum is so away from level that water is not flowing to the drain line, hence the pump running out of water. I would make sure the machine is level and the drum is resting level if it's the type that pivots around inside the machine. Failing that I would open up the machine and check the hoses to make sure they're not blocked. I would also check the drain hose to make sure it's not placed too high or in a way that will obstruct water flow.

At what height is your exit hose. It should be approximately 3 feet up from the ground and then into the drain. This is rule one for all washers, it cannot be at floor level - your water will just flow out.
