The right hand side of the screen is touchable. so, if the option button is on the right side you can pick it, if its on the left and at the top if the screen you have to rotate the table to "portrait" then you can pick on it. If what you want to pick is on the lower left side, there is no what to pick it.

If you locked it with a code that you can't remember, your last resort is a factory reset. by most tablets is accomplished by simultaneously holding in buying buttons and the power switch for at least one minute. Look through your user documentation it may have a slightly different procedure.
Once you do this you can go Google Play Store you can reinstall the apps by going to MyApps.go to the room list and reinstall them. Any licenses you had purchased should be stored at the Play Store. Your user data should be intact.
Caveat: if you encrypted the tablet you WILL lose all data that you stored on it.
