Fiat grande punto 1.4 2007, just bought this car kept having different things come on the dash so far had new starter motor , new part for water sensor now the heater not coming on at all help!!

Seller had vehicle worn for a year , it was mot'd in June this year since buying 3 weeks ago had new water sensor , now heater not coming on at all. It did make a strange knocking noise last time heater on and working 2 days ago. It's been in the garage every other day since bought it . Am wondering about electrical problem or software please help need this car to be problem free.

Car wont start when turn on all dash lights up but whinning noise when turning ignition

Probably the starter motor has failed, but try cleaning the battery terminals first and check there is still more than 11v at the battery when you try to start the engine, it could be a dead cell in the battery

Battery cable , do a voltage drop test on starter circuit ! Voltage Drop Testing don't just replace parts ! Test Test Test
