My house was hit by a power surge and my Vizio tv turned off. All it will do now is the logo light is flashing and will not power up. I replaced the power circuit board thinking that was the problem, what could it be?
SYMPTOM: Blinking VIZIO logo, no power on. Usually after a utility "brown-out.
SOLUTION:
1) Unplug TV power cord. Wait 5 secs and replug.
2) Press and hold TV Power Button for 30 sec.
3) After approximately 1 minute, the VIZIO logo should stop flashing.
4) Press Power Button - TV should power on.
This procedure resets the OS program execution (power spike corrupted the sequence).

stored voltages are high no touching these circuts becuase they hold charges and alot of screws.
fualty capacitors you say after a while it stays on theres a full charge in the unit theres some type of discharging effect on the set after its off for a while. voltage goes to low or unstable after it is off for a while. your better off getting the service docs for this set if you want to diy..other wise get a tv tech to check it for you. hope this helps

it is the power supply. in the given scenario like yours, the PSU is the suspect in 90% of the cases.

I had same problem. Unplug set for 10minutes then plug it in and let it go thru it's startup routine.

Logic Control D Board got nothing to do with this problem. This is your main power supply gone bad(usually not the sub power supply). I just repaired my VIZIO by replacing main power supply. Just remove back cover and your board will be right in the middle of the screen. Just get board part/serial # and google it. My best price was through eBay(around $100). Everything is fine now.

Hi the first thing I would ask is are you sure that power supply that you bought is good? If you are sure your power supply I would check the power filter that connects the power cord to the power supply to make sure there is voltage getting to your power supply. If that checks out the only other thing to check is the signal board. You can check to see if there is power getting to your signal board if there is then it's provably your signal board. You can find parts for that TV at http://www.interliquidparts.com/products-page?product_search=vp322&view_type=default
