I have watched your U tube video on the diagnostics. I have no picture or sound, I do have the black lights in the back looking through the vents. I cannot see any screen activity with a LED flashlight (not sure if a LED flash light will make a difference) But when I do turn the tv on I can see the screen is a solid tint just a tad from the off mode of the blank screen. A week prior to it not working, the screen did have some green lines on it and the menu bars had lines in it that appeared to be black and greys - no color. We turned it off and restarted it and it worked fine for a few days, then now it will not work at all. What are my next steps. Please advise.
Fault at its main digital board. Short circuited component/s at it. Contact any service technician; or the authorized service center. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Surf the site with patience. Pull up older posts.

In most cases, the main board might have to be replaced. If so, a software [firmware] update too might be necessary. .
