What cause the ac on a 2003 Ford F-150 not to blow air .

Not blowing air or cold air? No cold air need to check the charge. All doors need to be checked to make sure they move fully. A partially opening or closing door will feel hot on a hot day. I think you need a new car guy and you need an ac guy.

99 buick regal gse climante control board. Blows cold on driver side no mater what. Cant get it to heat on that side pulled heaater and check board cant see any problems dont know what to do next

Temp control actuator Is probably in need of replacement . Your best bet ,take it to a qualified technician .
Which HVAC system does it have
HVAC Systems - Manual
HVAC Systems - Automatic
Air Temperature Valves
The air temperature valves are positioned by the left and right electric actuators. When the temperature door is in the cold position, air is prevented from passing through the heater core. The door can be placed in any position between cold and warm by the actuator to provide any degree of warming to the air after it has passed through the A/C evaporator core.

Air conditioning system, when you turn on the air conditioner the drivers side blows cold air and the passengers side blows hot air? What causes this problem?

The most common cause of this is that you have a stuck air temperature control blend door, this can be a motor actuator issue or a jammed door or both (common). To replace both parts you will need to completely remove the dash from the car to access the blend door.

I mitsubishi RKX502A001C that I cant get to blow hot and is only blowing cold air?

Air Temperature Control Blend Door Failure No Heat or no AC (dependes on where door sticks)

In all modern cars there is a tiny DC electric motor driven gear drive that moves a plastic door that blends heated and cooled air from the AC and the heater core, this is called (interestedly enough) the air temperature control blend door actuator. The motor that moves this door fails because the door starts sticking from warping, most common complaint is no heat but it can be no AC as well. To replace these parts (blend door and blend door actuator) you must remove the entire dash from the car. Always have this problem confirmed by a dealer or qualified repair shop as it is a very expensive repair.

Other causes of no heat in the cabin are engine thermostats that are stuck open (engine runs cold) or air bubbles in the cooling system.

Ac blowing super hot air and cant turn temp. down.the blower works good and I cant bring outside air in..compressor works, clutch is working I have no manual with truck so not sure if a relay went bad

Check the blend door actuator. It is a common problem for that vehicle.
Also the temperature knob itself.
The plastic knob will crack and will not turn the metal post underneath to open/close the blend door.

There's a recall for your vehicle for other problems.

Ac is blowing out of defrosterandnot panels in the dash. Air is cool cold air will blow out of rear seat panel/vent 1998 ford explored

The most common cause is a bad blend door actuator which controls air flow throughout the cabin. When air flow only flows from 1 section (either floor, vent, or defrost) it's an indication that the blend door actuator is either stuck or broken.
