Why do my messages appear on screen while i am playing a game .also i have no way of printing from my ipad now since new update

Turn off "Notification" for the offending item , email or sports or what ever sends the message.
if you printer is Bluetooth you will have to re pair, with iPad on turn on your printer, look at IPad in settings, Bluetooth and see if your printer is listed!

I just updated my iPad to iOS 11 and now when I try and playWords With Friends it says the developer needs to update Words With Friends to work with iOS11. Please update. Thank you.
Go to the APP Store and get the new iOS11 version. The reason you don't get a prompt to update is because this is not an upgrade to the old App, it is a brand new 64bit version.

Since last update for Halloween I cannot open the app. Click on app &"imangi" comes up then goes back to the app screen. I am going to lose my daily challenge
If it were me, I'd shut down the iPad, then try the Halloween I game again. Because I see you only have 16 GB available, you may not have enough room to play many games.

Google is releasing a design update to Gmail for iOS today that tweaks the apps for iOS 7 and introduces new viewing modes on the iPad. While the iPhone version of Gmail remains largely unchanged aside from some bigger fonts and a matching status bar, the iPad version now includes a left-hand navigation bar when in landscape mode that allows for easy access to the inbox tabs that Google introduced in May. In portrait mode, messages will now take up the entire display, rather than just a portion of it, as will the new message composition window.

  • If you have your old iPad, back it up with iTunes on your computer.
  • With your new iPad connected to your computer, click the "Restore Backup" in the summary screen of your iPad (on iTunes).
  • You should have your old game data now installed on your new iPad.
  • Update, or buy, a new version of the game on your new iPad

Have you checked to see if your ipad requires any updates. Sometimes these need to be updated and this may solve the issue. If this is not the case I am afraid I cannot help.

The app is crashing. Make sure that you have no other apps open in the background as they drain your iPad's processor speed, and that you have at least 1 or 2 GB open in storage as that will help as well. If you haven't in a while shut the iPad all the way off for a minute and then turn it back on. Sometimes that will also help to clean it up and perform better. Make sure your operating system is completely up to date as well. If that doesn't help then the app is just too much for your iPad to run properly.

Screen wont come on
Hi Rita

I would recommend for you to turn the iPad off completely and restart it. To do this you push the power button in the top right until "hopefully the red "swipe to turn off button" appears. If this does not happen we will have to perform a hard reset and the way to do this is to push the power button and the home button at the same time for about 10 seconds. The iPad may restart automatically however if it does now now you can push the power button in the top right and the Apple Logo should appear at the center of the screen.

Now your iPad should start up freshly and come back to life, unless there isn't a further problem.
