How do I fix a Canon G-10 video problem? It shoots/shows mostly faded colors or gray/black/white video, but the color does pop in and out. Did I mess up some setting?
When I shoot video, the video goes in and out of color. It's more like black and white and then you may see faded greens and gray, etc. The color, when it comes in, only does for seconds. How do I fix it?

There is no way to just shut off the White Balance if that's what you are referring to with "wb" You can select auto white balance AWB or several other pre-sets for bright sun shade cloudy incandescent light and florescent light and also a custom white balance but not shut it off. The camera has to know what color of light it's working with to balance to an 18% gray. If you could shut it off what you would most probably end up with is a negative looking image totally gray and flat. Just for an example that would be like taking the color out of color film shooting it and processing it, you would end up with the emulsion which is pretty well useless.
Hello uze7, Here is the wiring match up for a 2009 Subaru Forester using the Metra 70-7552 wiring harness: NOTE: The actual harness will be listed as a Nissan harness, but has been used by Subaru since 2007. Also, I'm assuming that your Sony deck uses the standard color code. If not, you should have a manual that lists the function along with the colors. Match the wiring by function, not by color (although the colors may be the same). 2009 Subaru Forester Radio Wiring Color Code: Battery BLUE/RED (+) RADIO HARNESS Accessory YELLOW/RED (+) RADIO HARNESS Ground BLACK (-) RADIO HARNESS Illumination VIOLET (+) RADIO HARNESS Dimmer BLACK/WHITE (-) RADIO HARNESS Power Antenna YELLOW/BLACK (+) RADIO HARNESS LF Speaker (+) BROWN LF Speaker (-) BROWN/WHITE RF Speaker (+) BLUE/WHITE RF Speaker (-) BLUE/YELLOW LR Speaker (+) WHITE/BLACK LR Speaker (-) RED/YELLOW RR Speaker (+) GRAY RR Speaker (-) GRAY/RED Metra Harness: Yellow ? 12V Constant Red ? 12V Accessory Black - Ground Orange ? Press the Function button and scroll down to middle (fourth) icon on the left side of the LCD, the My Color mode. Is it set for BW or C? Use the left/right arrow key to select OFF. Press Function again.
