Why can't I use lower case when trying to sign into some apps?

Its not the TV, the TV is just a portal to showmax or hbo. To ensure that your using the correct information, either using the showmax app or using your computer, try logging in on their website with your credentials. You will know if those are the proper credentials to log into the showmax portal. And of course as you most likely know the password must be capitalize where it needs to be capitalize. The biggest issue people have is using the remote to sign in you may not be going to the right icon to change from upper case to lower case or vice versa.

If this is the case you will need to try some of the following below:
-Update the app
-Sign out of and back into the app
-Uninstall and reinstall the app

I want to mention that a Serial Number is not required to activate Creative Cloud subscriptions. You just need to be signed in on the Creative Cloud desktop app.

Points to check:
- Make sure that you have an active subscription of Creative Cloud
- ensure that you are signed in on the Creative Cloud desktop app
- If you have purchased the membership just now, then wait for 24-48 hours for the subscription to be activated and then try signing out and signing in again on the Creative Cloud app
- In case if it still does not work then contact the Adobe Support on 800-833-6687 for further troubleshooting, you can also chat with them.. support is not available on Saturday and Sunday
- There are further troubleshooting steps such as checking the hosts file and other things like firewall

check caps lock could be case sensitive password or user name
try password in lower case and try in uppercase

KIK might be down. But sounds like your signing in is wrong make sure it is UPPER or LOWER case etc... and that your password is correct too. If you can not remember your password you need to reset it. How do change my password

lower case is default. press the caps lock key to stop uppercase

Problem

Solution 1: Did you recently sign up for two-step verification?

When you're prompted for your Microsoft account password on your Xbox console, enter the app password that you created online.After you sign in with your app password, you're all set to use that app or device. You will use this new app password to sign in to your device instead of your Microsoft account password.
   

Solution 2: Verify your Microsoft account security informationFollow these steps:

1. Visit Microsoft account.
   Note If you forgot your password or can't sign in using your password, reset your password.
2. Click Edit security info.
3. Verify your security information. For example, verify the Phone number, Alternate email address, and Security question information.
4. Sign out of your Microsoft account and then sign in again.
5. Try to sign in to Xbox Live again.
