My hitachi says please execute auto scan - Hitachi Televison & Video

yes so press the menu button , once the menu pops up scroll down to channel then click the right arrow then scroll down to anything meaning auto scan channels then click on that and then put your remote down and in a few minutes it will finish scanning and it should close menu and go straight to one of the scanned channels, once this happens you should treat your tv normally and go through the channels until you find something you want to watch and so on, your done. Yes, connect external antenna to your tv.

If you're trying to get channels from the air, switch the input to air/tv (varries depending on brand) Then in the general settings, should be an option for 'run auto scan'

You can change the compatibility of the executable file by the following procedure.

• Right of the executable file (*.exe) and Select "Properties".
• Click the "Compatibility" Tab appearing in the top of the window.
• Check the "Run this program in compatibility mode for".
• Select the desired OS (Operating System) from the drop down menu and click "Ok".

(Select Windows XP option, If you are sure that the given applications works with that Operating System).

Now try to execute the application, you are trying to Install....

This means that the TV nneds to complete a scan of available channels before it can be operated. This should be available from the setup menu.

I got a hitachi camcorder at a flee market and it did not come with an instruction book. Everything is fine up to the part where I have to finalize the disc in order to play it back on my DVD player or whatever. I have all the cords but don't know where the outlet on the camcorder is, in order to plug into the ac charger.. In other words: Where do I plug the cords. I can't find anything on the camcorder that will ssupport the cords,, Is there a hidden slot somewhere on the camcorder???? Please help, Email me at...... [email protected]
