My Swann 8-channel security system works great during daylight, but during night, all cameras register "NO VIDEO" as soon as it turns dark.
1) Turn the power off.
2) Remove the printer cover.
3) Remove the ink roller by turning it counterclockwise and
pulling it upward.
4) Install the new ink roller and press it in the correct position.
Make sure that the ink roller is securely in place.
5) Put back the printer cover

Find the model number, then Google search for a manual. Serial numbers are of no use when troubleshooting electronics.
Most likely the center pin is grounding out. Have you opened the box yet? If not open it an try to solder it back on. Better yet just replace the whole BNC. How did you break a BNC? They are common parts, just get the correct impedence an the correct chassis mount. Becareful desolding the unit an dont over heat replacing it.
Those cameras use infrared led lights to see at night. If you have no image at night then those led lights are not working.
