Tip & How-To about Apple iPhone Smartphone

How to bring Siri beep back

When you activate Siri by holding down the 'home' button there has always been a 'beep' or chime sound, Apple decided we didn't need it any longer....
Everyone I know hates it now.
But if you want to give up your vibrate functionality you can have it back. -Settings, General, Accessibility, Vibration (turn it off). Siri will now beep when activated..

How do I disable Siri, please on my iPad. I have follows the usual steps that do not work. A black outline box circles all commands, so Siri refuses to run off.

Restore it by holding down home key and top button until apple returns to screen. If that doesn't work back it up and restore it as new. Don't turn spotlight or Siri settings on ever, wastes data and tracks your cell

My iphone just didn't allow me to get on apps ,it just jumps out everytime whenever i touch the icon

If you havn't tried. Simply try an actual reset of the phone

Hold down the home button (bottom middle) and the power button (top right)...

Hold them down at the same time till the phone powers off, keep holding, and once the apple logo comes back. Let it load up and try again...

That always works on mine. I get the same app problem all the time, and that's how I fix it.
