How do it update Trio AXS with O/S 4.2.2. I need to update to newest O/S Jelly Bean 4.3 Or can I use Kit Kat 4.4. I have been trying to update O/S but could not.

Dc, I know very little about axs4g so I did a google search and It looks like you should delete the app watchdog. Check the attached links,instruction and guides, Good luck

This is how to remove the demo mode from the Trio AXS tablets:
1. Start tablet. When demo mode starts, click the menu icon and find the CALCULATOR app.
2. In CALCULATOR, type the following "!(364)!" (no quotes). This will put you in admin mode immediately. Click CONTINUE.
3. Enter the password: "Adm!nTr10!" (no quotes, mind the case). Now you have a list of options.
4. Un-check all the BLOCKED APPS.
5. Un-check all the items under DEVICE MANAGEMENT.
6. Exit and reboot.

I would suggest that if it was advertised as coming with 4.4 KitKat and it has an earlier OS, then it is the subject of a false Trade description, and you need to take it back to where you bought and have it replaced with the one you thought you were buying ie with 4.4 KitKat and not 4.2 JellyBean. Bear in mind that (in the UK at least) your Sales Contract is with the Vendor, not the manufacturer, and it is therefore up to the vendor to put complaints right.

I don't see have the steps you were given, (let battery get very low then get an SD card) is going to do anything to fix this. Without knowing the make and model there's not a lot to go on. What version is it running? Jelly Bean? Kit Kat?
Have you done a reset? Holding the power button in for 10 seconds until it shuts down completely? I'm not sure that doing a firmware upgrade is going to fix this. If you can get the tablet to run long enough you could try it, but if it freezes up in the middle of it, you could break your tablet.
Try to locate and contact the manufacturer next OR if not working take it back to Wal Mart, ell them this is not what you expect from product sold by them and ask for a refund or exchange on something else
You could download a JB rom for your nextbook 8 and flash it using live suit or do a factory reset by turning it off then hold down the vol up button then hold the power at the same time until you get recovery appear then you can do a factory reset.
