An Internet Explorer script error is usually the result of something done by the web developer regarding the script of the webpage you are viewing, which is totally out of your hands so there isnt much you can do about these.
Most of the time, these are just a nuisance and you can turn off these error messages if you want to -
1- open Internet Explorer
2- click on the Tools menu
3- select the Internet Options menu item
4- open the Advanced tab
5- check the box next to "Disable script debugging"
6- remove the check next to "Display a notification about every script error"
7- click the OK button
In some cases the error is due to something happening on your PC rather than the webpage itself such as Java applets, active scripting or ActiveX controls are being blocked, the relevant scripting engine on your computer is out of date, your video card driver is out of date or DirectX drivers are out of date.
If you do not wish to turn off the notifications but want to try to get rid of these messages you can make sure you have the latest drivers for your video card, DirectX is up to date and Java is running at the latest version.
If this issue is coming up on every page you view rather than just one or two, one last issue that could be causing these is some type of virus or malware - so as a final check please ensure you are running up-to-date virus protection and malware protection, and complete some scans ASAP.
Thanks, if this solution helps please rate :)
