I use both Internet Explorer and Firefox and find that after 30-45 mins use the programmes freeze and I am unable to use the internet - I have a Hijackthis print out if that is of any use. I have tried disabling and re-enabling my internet security software - Zonealarm, AVG Free, Spywareblaster and Spybot but it does not seem to be these. While it is not the most annoying problem in the world (it needs a reboot to get them both working again) I could certainlly do without the delays! THanks J Robinson

Can you uninstall Internet Explorer from your computer and then install the latest version of the Internet Explorer and try to upload your photos to your website using Firefox?
Make sure that you have an Internet connection. If you do, then optimize your browser to see if that would help. Please follow the steps below:
* For Internet Explorer - Open your Internet Explorer > Tools > Internet Options - Click on Delete button under the Browsing History. - Close and re-open your Internet Explorer - Try accessing these Web sites again
* For Mozilla FireFox - Open your Firefox > Tools - Select "Clear Recent History" > select Everything from the drop-down arrow - Click "Clear Now". - Close and re-open Firefox
