remove tire/wheel. remove brake caliper/ bracket. remove center axle nut. remove 4-hub nuts. hub should come out with hands. Grease and red-torque all appropriate parts during reassembly.

I recently had a problem similar to this. My CD player elevator jammed and wouldn't play or eject. My car was hit in the rear at about 40 mph. It unjammed the elevator..... it totaled the car also. Remove the DVD player by remove the two screws that are under the screen. The screen will need to be partially in the down position to access the screws. There may be a few more screws, but then the device needs to slide forward (or aft, I can't remember) on the headliner before it will come down. Once it is down there is a plug in the headliner that needs to be disconnected. You can either remove the DVD permanently, or reinstall it with the plug disconnected.
