Washer fills rinses drains no problem cycle timer moves and you can hear the motor changing cycles but it doesnt spin or agitate..how do i get inside to figure out if its the Belt or agitator coupling?
Hello, your problem is going to be with the lids switch, in this machine it is going to be a magnetic contact. You can confirm this my pulling the front panel off and accessing the wireing to the lids switch, If you have electrical knowledge bypass the lid switch using a wire nut and run the machine. If all is ok make sure you relpace the lid switch since it is there for a reason. If you have any other questions or concerns please feel free to comment again. Good Luck!!!

washer is camco product, ca. 1996 or'97, rode hard put up wet, never had any problem other than broken knob. spins, drains, fills to correct level, doesnt agitate or make any sound or motion when it should agitate. examined terminals in switch on top of motor. some carbon and soot but still functional. ditto switch terminals in original timer. all a little pitted, some soot on the spin switch, filed em all gently, no change. fed it a new timer, no change
