Try hitting Fn + Numlock, i.e., pressing Fn key, do not release it until you press the Numlock key.

Where can I find a keyboard guide for the RCA Viking tablet

Tablets don't have function keys, because they are neither computers or laptops. Any functions that are available are displayed on screen. The additional keyboard for them as just to help for those that wish to type properly on a physical keyboard. RCA are very basic, entry level tablets.

Keyboard key popped off

The key should pop back on... if it doesn't then the brackets on the keyboard for that specific key are broken. The keyboard will still function properly... every key will work fine.

Or buy a new keyboard.. they are cheap.
