We just got the Toshiba e-studio 5506ac and it plays a "chime" each time a print job it completed. Is there a way to turn this off?

4021 indicates Print job power failure

When there are running jobs, perform the job in error again after the completion of the running jobs.If the error still occurs, turn the power OFF and then back ON, and perform the job again.

check touch screen job status. this particular user might not have the setting configured properly on his pc and affected all job queue due to paper size not avail in any drawer or bypass paper needed.

to release the rest of the job queue, just delete the job pn the touch screen. u can see the delete button on the touch screen when u press job status

Is it possible to print when connected directly to the printer? You can try it from another computer too to see if that works. That will help determine where the problem is. You can also try rebooting/resetting the printer and the computer and if that doesn't work try reinstalling the drivers.

Your copier is likely trying to print to a different thickness of paper (ie thick 1/thick 2) then you have in whatever tray it is trying to print from. You will either have to change what is in that drawer via user functions or delete the job and try it again with a different paper type.

Did u install printer kit? It looks like a mini thumb drive, hooked to usb port?

first time print your lowaer cassate after print another side is your copier right single sheet pass print side
