Hi there, it is a fuser unit temperature problem, reset pressing yellow button, 1 0 7, then hold red/orange button for at least 5 seconds until screen changes, then select "copy" or "system", then type 5 810 #, on the screen select "execute" and if it ask to confirm then select "yes", switch off and on. If the problem comes back then clean fuser thermistors and reset again.

If the model ia a MPC 2800 it a controller board issue maybe the operation panel. -carl

sounds like a blocked pipe or brocken pump or dev unit
or u been using generic toner not ricoh one

did you try the drivers on the disk that came with it?
