BLU phone 4.0 L turns on but does not allow my touch screen to work. Do you know how to fix this problem

I bought the phone at target on Feb 11 in Brooklyn. Took it to Africa in April it worked in Kenya and Uganda and on June 24 i switched to a new Vodafone sim in Tanzania put the back back on and the phone has not worked since. The Tech people in the phone store does not know what happened. Same sim card works in my BLU 5.0 Studio. It charges and I can turn it on but to turn it off i must take the battery out because the touch screen wont work to allow the phone to power down or allow any other touch functions

I took your suggestion and replaced the SIM card, but the difference is I managed to locked it in tightly. It worked.

SOURCE: how do i resolve the error: use genuine battery. power off

A temporary fix to the problem is to put the battery in the freezer for a minute and then put it back in the phone and it will turn on just fine! I had an LGVX8700 and it just randomly started happening one day and my fiance told me to try doing that so i did and sure enough it worked. I had to go to verizon at one point to get a new phone because the one i had got damaged and the tech there used the same battery in my phone for the new one and he thought i was crazy when i told him to put the battery in the freezer but he was in for a surprise when he did what i told him and my phone turned on. It's annoying because you have to do that everytime your phone shuts off but i always made sure i plugged it into the charger before it went completely dead.

The prosess stops at the picture-ANDROID after turning on tablet

Hi Guangjie It sounds like you need to a hard reset on the tablet. Before you do that hook the tablet up to your pc. You will need to see if you can reload your information back on to the tablet. Your PC will see the tablet as a portable device or if you have it setup as your tablet.. Now the PC should get you the option to sync tablet. Do not do that if your PC can see the tablet. Stop everything your doing go back to target and have them help you. Do you have all your information copy on your PC? This is important because target will do a hard reset right off the back. If this your first hard reset and you don't have a lot information it is no problem but if you have a lot of it then your going to need to look for a recovery program. I'm not sure if you know but you have a manfacture one year warranty. the reason I'm saying to go back to target is they my give you a replacement. But you want target involve because they can assist you with getting in touch with the manufacture. Also I think Proscan is a target private label.

We're is the LCD located in my phone

One of the iPhone's greatest features is its highly intuitive touch screen.
Unlike other electronic device touch screens, your iPhone doesn't operate using the blockage of light to decipher which keys and commands you're pressing.
This makes it a viable choice for cell phone users who may not be able to complete other types of commands.
While you cannot alter the sensitivity of your iPhone, you can toggle certain features that make your phone easier to use.
How It Works

The key to understanding the sensitivity level of your iPhone's touch screen is first understanding how the touch screen actually works.
Instead of detecting light blockages or heat to interpret your finger's movements, the iPhone actually has a grid that lies underneath the surface of the touch screen.
When your finger touches the screen, electrical impulses detect the area on the grid that you're touching to interpret the letter, command or motion you're making to issue the correct response.
Screen Sensitivity
While previous models of the iPhone did offer the ability to change the screen sensitivity and the speed by which your phone responds to commands, the iPhones 4 and 4S no longer offer the option.
Instead, the touch sensitivity on newer phones is automatically calibrated for the fastest speeds, which means your phone responds quickly to your touch.
If this frustrates you and results in commands and calls you didn't mean to make, locking the screen by pressing the button on the top right-hand rim of the phone helps stop unwanted commands.
Assistive Touch
Update iPhones running on iOS 5 with an option known as "AssistiveTouch," which allows users who may not have complete control over their bodies and motions to use the iPhone.
This program allows you to change the speed at which the phone responds to your touch.
By tapping the "General" icon, then touching "Accessibility" and "AssistiveTouch," you'll enter the assistive touch menu.
When you turn on the option, an overlay appears on the screen that allows you to give commands by touch, rather than by shaking, swiping or pinching the screen.

When setting up AssistiveTouch, you'll have the opportunity to select your command tracking speed, which deals with how sensitive your iPhone is to your various gestures and custom commands.
Case Issues
Your touch screen isn't the only place where your phone is sensitive to movements.
Your iPhone has a feature called a proximity sensor.
The role of the proximity sensor is to sense the closeness of your face during a phone call. When the phone senses that your face is close to the phone, it locks your screen to prevent you from accidentally activating the touch screen with your cheek or ear.
This is handy, except when the proximity sensor is partially obscured by a case and is no longer sensitive to the position of your face.
The proximity sensor is found on the upper right-hand corner of your screen, so ensure that it remains uncovered to preserve its sensitivity.
