From what I can tell by looking at this ASUS video card, you can't. It does not look to me like this video card incorporates video capture capability.
Depending on what type of video camera you have, you will need to either capture the video digitally (Firewire) or using an analog technology (using the composite cables, the ones with yellow, red, and white plugs on the end).
If your video camera is a digital model and your computer has a firewire port then all you'll need is some software to capture the video. There are a variety of software packages out there to perform this function.
If you video camera is older and is only analog then you will almost certainly need additional hardware for your computer. You will need an analog video capture device. Again, there a vareity of manufactureres who make these devices. You can buy models that are installed inside your computer, or connect externally via a USB or Firewire port.
