One correction to the above from joescholz .. the envelope is feed flap side down and to the left.. not flap side up. :)

Crazy,
check the toner, probably there are some lids or tape you need to remove.

first time you have to cable it,.software will ask do you want wireless, press ok. hope this helps

first of all, lets start from beginig. unintall the printer software and reinstall it and connect your printer to the computer with the usb and setup the printer for wireless configuration.
now make sure your wifi password is correct and try to connect with it. try to print a test page for more information and support contact http://goo.gl/YMlLOK . I think solve your problem.
