After you have corrected punched in the correct APN Settings, you need to SAVE it,
Reboot your phone and test it, SOURCE: I have a zte z832 unlocked cricket phone and I put my life wireless SIM card from the lifeline free phones in the phone and need to set the APN ..does anyone know the APN to set to this phone?

my experience, all verizon phones are unlocked already so just put a sim and dont forget to set apn settings for data and network.
