Ricoh Aficio MP W3601 waste toner bottle. Where to locate this bottle on this machine? Left side, right side? Cannot seem to locate this bottle?

waste toner bottle is just beside paper tray 1. its the left side small cover. open the front cover and open the screw from top and open the cover in front and pull the bottle out. if its hard then email me on [email protected]. i am a Ricoh tech. i will help you out.

the waste toner is underneath the transfre belt on that machine and its noteasy to empty but if you want to trytake the tanfer belt ***'y out of the machine(if you open the right door ther is a brown belt thats it) there is a grayish lever you lift to release pull that 90 degrees and lift the unit straight out you will see 3 screws towards the bottom of the belt assy remove them and the lower cover comes off (BEWARE IT IS VERY MESSY) from there you can just dump the waste toner in the trash and reverse the steps to put it back on the machine.

To the left of paper tray 1. Small door with one screw from the top. Open front door to remove screw from this small door. Close front door and open small door. Slide waste bottle out the front of machine.

Aficio mp c2051 waste toner bottle 2 full. wheres the bottle?
next to first cassette tray left side of it. pull cassette out then pull on left side cover were tray was. There is a screw that has to be remove if it wont open on top unless someone has take it out already. When emptying toner go outside and take a big garage bags it is messy along with a rags to wipe down when down.

Hello!
Your machine have 2 waste bottles.
The bottle 1 is placed in the front door. (See the picture). You can empty it or replace it.
(is less expencive to empty it)

Now, you just need to make sure what waste bottle is mentioned in the display.

I have emptied the waste toner bottle on the Ricoh Aficio MP C2050 but the machine still says it is full. I think I need to reset the machine but cannot find out how to do this
There is no need to do that. Make sure the sensor is not out of the place.
If you take the wast bottle you will see a little sensor. Make sure is placed correctly.
By the way, what waste bottle is mentioned in the screen????
You have another waste bottle on the left of the machine.
Take the screws and you will see a white plastic bottle. Just empty it and your problem is solved.
Be careful, it is a little messy

This is for a W2400/3600 which should I assume is the same spec for other Ricoh wide format machines. When you are facing the printer from the front, it's on the right side panel. The waste toner bottle should be about 28" from the ground. Remove all right side panels. There is a sensor (held by phillips screw) that you will need to temporarily remove and reinstall back on to the waste toner bottle once it's emptied. Replace all right side panels. You are good to go. No need to call service tech to waste time. Should be a 30 minute change.

How do I replace the waste toner?
The waste toner bottle is just a bottle that the old unused toner falls into. It is located on the right side of your printer. Open the right side door, and the waste toner bottle (which is wide and flat) is in plain view taking up the bottom half of view. It has a sliding lock on top. Slide the lock to 'unlock' and remove it. Replacing it is easy - just reverse and make sure to lock.
