what is so "safety hazard" about that??,do you put hands on things that are known to be hot?,it is normal and stop putting your hands on things that can burn

you should just do white to white and ref to red. just so you should know that ac chargers have a special crossover that the phone knows it is charging not usb' ing to a computer so you may get message on the phone to go into usb mode...just hot home and you well be fine

Yes these switches can go bad. If it looks bad replace it. I have had switches like this do the same thing after several years of use.

As far as I'm concerned this is a safety hazard and not acceptable be any means. No oven face should reach temperatures that can cause serious harm to the consumer. For some reason the door is not releasing the hot air built up between the glass sheets. When the oven is running, can you feel hot air escaping through the top of the door ? Also, is there hot air coming out at the sides of the door ?
